In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied and would like to return a product, please contact us via email or telephone with as much details as possible including the original purchase details and the reason for the return.

As per our terms and condition, the postage / courier cost of returning any items is at your expense. You have 14 days from when the products is sent out to contact us regarding a faulty mattress in order to receive a refund.

Please note that you will not be charged in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your goods we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.

If there is no fault with the mattress but you wish to exchange it, there is an additional admin fee depending on the type of mattress you wish to exchange. Please contact us via email or telephone for details. Please remember that you are responsible for ALL postage costs.

For Hygiene Reasons: We are unable to accept mattresses back for exchange or refund once the packaging has been opened.
This does not affect your statuary rights.

Delivery

Please note that our free postage offers are only applicable to Scotland, England and Wales. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands will be £21.
