Ans). No, but we may be able to send out an order quicker than usual. Please let us know when you are ordering and we’ll see what we can do. Our usual delivery time is 14 days for custom mattresses and 7 days for all standard mattresses.
Qu). Are your mattresses anti-allergenic?
Ans). All our mattresses have an anti-allergenic cover which offers maximum protection against allergies and dust mites.
Qu). Which mattress should I purchase for a cot bed?
Ans). We recommend a quilted or sprung mattress for a cot bed, as your baby or toddler is more likely to be in a cot bed for longer.
Qu). Which mattress should I purchase for a new born?
Ans). All our mattresses are suitable for new born babies – it depends which type of cot or bed you have purchased for your baby.
Qu). What is the depth of your quilted cot mattress?
Ans). 4 inches, or 10 cm.
Qu). Which measurements do I give you for a custom made mattress?
Ans). You need to send us the size of the mattress you require, which is usually equal or slightly less than (about 1cm) the interior length and width of your cot, cot bed or crib. Safety standards suggest that there should not be a gap between the mattress and the base that is larger than 4cm.
Qu). I need a mattress for a 6ft x 4ft cot.
Ans). The largest cot mattress we manufacture is 56″ x 28″ x 4″, so I’m afraid 6ft x 4ft is too large. However, we can make larger mattresses for an extra cost. Please contact us for a quote.
Qu). I live locally, can I collect?
Ans). We don’t accept collections from the factory because of the shear amount of mattresses being shipped each day, however if you live locally we can offer you a £5 discount on your shipping costs for a cot mattress. Please contact us if you think you qualify for this discount.
Qu). I ordered the wrong size and you don’t stock the size I want, can I return the mattress?
Ans). We can make any shape or size mattress you want, so it is unlikely that we will not stock your custom size. We can offer you an exchange for the correct size mattress. We charge a £10 admin fee for this.
Qu). I’d like to return my mattress. How do I go about this?
Ans). Please contact us as soon as possible with the reason you’d like to return your mattress. You may return your mattress within 7 days of purchase for any reason. When returning a mattress please include a note in the parcel which summarises why you are returning the mattress.
Qu). What type of foam are your mattresses actually made of?
Ans). The foam we use is CMHR – Combustion Modified High Resilience Foam – A high resilience flexible polyurethane foam that has been modified for better flammability behavior by the addition of various flame retardants.
Qu). Do you use brominated flame retardant in the making of your foam?
Ans). No, all our mattresses are completely free of brominated flame retardants.
Qu). Is your free shipping offer available outside the mainland UK?
Ans). No, unfortunately we can only offer free shipping within the UK mainland. Outside the mainland (Ireland, Channel Islands, etc) is £21 for postage.
