“Hi Sarah, just a quick note to say a huge thank you for helping us out with the mattress for our baby’s crib. It was made by my great-grandfather back in 1912, so is not a standard size. It has been used for every baby in my mother’s side of the family since then. I don’t know how others found mattresses to fit it, but we were having big problems until we stumbled on to your web site. There were only 2 weeks until the due date of our baby and we were getting concerned that we would not be able to find something, let alone get it delivered in time. Your website was informative and gave us a chance to discuss our needs with a person, rather than a computer, a rare thing these days. The first mattress we ordered came within 2 days of your e-mail saying it would be dispatched. Unfortunately I had made an error in the measurements and, as the mattress was custom made, was pretty sure I would not be able to change it. However, after letting you know my error, I couldn’t have been more wrong. You very quickly explained what I would need to do and, following me returning the mattress, produced another in the right dimensions. This arrived 2 days after you informed me it was being dispatched.
I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and compliment you for providing a level of service rarely found on internet sites these days.
