The deluxe luxury cot mattress also uses the foam insert uses ‘Airflow’ which allows the foam to breathe and allows it to keep fresh for you little sleeping beauty! The Cot Mattress Factory will produce your mattress with specific nursery grade high resilience foam that acts as an insert into a breathable yet water repellent, anti allergic cover. Your mattress is also fire resistant adhering to BS7177:1996.

| In Depth | The deluxe mattress provides posture, support and comfort and is suitable for newborns and toddlers. We don’t use PVC even though some manufacturers use this and it will protect your foam mattress from bacteria, however PVC is is not a breathable fabric and also contains “phalates”. There is some debate about the affect of phalates on young babies so the Cot Mattress Factory have banned PVC from all our Cot mattresses. The cover is moisture resistant and washable, so no body fluids get on to the foam. It is an advantage to have a cover that is able to be wiped clean or preferably machine washable at 40 degrees, which comes as standard with this range.
